In accordance with the Traffic Safety Program Standards adopted by the Conference of Illinois Chief Judges, traffic offenders, under the age of 21, who are requesting court supervision, are required to attend a four hour training session on safe driving. This class, designed to create a positive attitude relative to safe driving, meets this requirement and is approved by the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois.
A student whose class date is after the assigned court date, is required to submit a Court Continuance Form to the Circuit Clerk's office of the county in which the violation occurred. The St. Clair County Continuance Form may be downloaded by clicking the blue More Info link below.

Students are required by law to attend four hours of driver safety training. Students who arrive after class has started will not be allowed to attend, and will forfeit payment for class.
All Driver Safety Classes are held in Room 2014 of the Information Sciences Building on the SWIC Belleville Campus.
